When you add items to your cart, the corresponding information (product references, quantities) is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the key dpg-cart.
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any third party until you finalise your order.
It is automatically deleted when you empty your cart or clear your browser data.
The use of localStorage is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the online ordering service. It does not require your consent under the GDPR.
Payments are processed by PayPlug SAS, a French company authorised by the ACPR (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution — Banque de France) as a payment institution, and a subsidiary of Groupe BPCE. PayPlug acts as a data processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR.
Purpose of processing: personal data collected during payment (name, email address, delivery address) is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your purchase contract — i.e. processing, confirming and delivering your wine order. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract).
When you proceed to payment, you are redirected to PayPlug's secure platform (domain secure.payplug.com). Domaine Paul Gadenne does not receive, store or process your bank details. PayPlug is certified PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest level of security for payment data.
As a French company, PayPlug hosts and processes all data within the European Union. No transfer of data to third countries outside the EU takes place.

The fonts used on this website (Cormorant Garamond and Montserrat) are self-hosted on our server. No request is sent to Google or any third-party service to load fonts.
This website does not use tracking or profiling cookies. No analytical, advertising or audience measurement cookies are placed on your device.
